Applications:[5-Chloro-2-(phenylthio)phenyl]-hydrazine is derived from 2,5-Dichloronitrobenzene (D435525), which is a reagent used in the synthesis of antitrypanosomal, antileishmanial and antimalarial agents. Also it is used in the synthesis of lysophosphatidic acid acyltransferase-β inhibitors.
