Applications:Deshydroxy Amino Ticagrelor Acetonide is an intermediate in the synthesis of Ticagrelor Amine Derivative (T437750), which is a metabolite of Ticagrelor (T437700). Ticagrelor is a reversible oral P2Y12 receptor antagonist, provides faster, greater, and more consistent ADP-receptor inhibition than Clopidogrel. Used in the treatment of acute coronary syndromes (ACS).
