Applications:Desacetyl Acetaminophen Glutathione is a hepatic metabolite of p-Aminophenol (1,2). The aminophenol glutathione S-conjugates formed induce p-Aminophenol nephrotoxicity by a pathway dependent on γ-glutamyl transpeptidase.
