Applications:GGTI-2133 i an inhibitors of protein geranylgeranyltransferase-I. Increases prelamin A accumulation by inhibiting ZMPSTE24 protein in human fibroblast. GGTI-2133 inhibited proliferation and migration via involvement of RhoA and RalB proteins in human oral squamous cell carcinoma cell.
