Applications:The HCl salt version of (R,R,R)-2-Azabicyclo[3.3.0]octane-3-carboxylic Acid Benzyl Ester (A795270(M)), an intermediate in the synthesis of Ramipril (R111000(P)). Ramipril is an antihypertensive and an angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor, converts to the active diacid metabolite.
