Applications:4-Amino-3,5-dichloro-6-fluoropyridin-2-ol Potassium Salt is an intermediate for the synthesis of Fluroxypyr-d2,13C2 (F598782), which is the labeled analogue of Fluroxypyr (F598780), a systemic and selective herbicide. Fluroxypyr is used for the control of broad-leaved weeds in small grain cereals, maize, pastures, range land and turf. Fluroxypyr is also a synthetic auxin.
