Applications:3,3-Azo-1-butanol is used in the synthesis of Itraconazole (I937500) analogues for inhibition of endothelial cell proliferation, displaying antiangiogenic and antihedgehog activity. Also used in the synthesis of anticonvulsant methoxypropionamides.
