Applications:5-Bromo-N-methyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxamide is a derivative of 4-Bromo-1H-pyrazole-1-acetamide (B687080(M)), which can be used in the synthesis of pharmaceutical and biologically active compounds, including inhibitors and therapeutic agents. It could be used for the preparation of cysteine protease cathepsin inhibitors. 5-Bromo-N-methyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxamide is formed in electrocoagulation process of coragen-​contaminated wastewater.
