Applications:C3 Ceramide is a biologically active, cell permeable, but nonphysiologic ceramide analog. C3 Ceramide was found to exhibit antitumor activities by inducing differentiation of human HL-60 leukemia cells. C3 Ceramide is considered a potential differentiation-inducing therapy for the treatment of cancer including acute myeloid leukemia.
