(S)-5-Chloro-a-(cyclopropylethynyl)-2-[[(4-methoxyphenyl)methyl]amino]-a-(trifluoromethyl)benzenemethanol is also an impurity of Efavirenz (E425000), an HIV-1 reverse transcriptase inhibitor.
