Applications:2′-Deoxy-2′-fluorocytidine is a potent inhibitor of the subgenomic hepatitis C virus replicon in Huh-7 cells. 2′-Deoxy-2′-fluorocytidine has been shown to inhibit Borna Disease virus replication and spread.
