Applications:Amino Hydroxynimesulide is an analog of Nimesulide (N477500), an antiinflammatory agent. Preferentially inhibits COX-2 over COX-1. Suppresses chemical-induced carcinogenesis in mice and rats. Inhibits LPS-induced TNF-alpha production.
