Aroclor 1260 is a human aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR), Pregnane Xenobiotic receptor (PXR) and constructive androstane receptor 3 (CAR3) agonist, a mixed agonist/antagonist for constructive androstane receptor 2 (CAR2), and an antagonist for human Peroxisome proliferator activated receptor (PPARα).
