Applications:4-(Aminomethyl)-cyclohexanone Hydrochloride is used to prepare dispiro-1,2,4-trioxolanes with antimalarial activities. It is also used to synthesize aminopyrimidines as SYK inhibitors useful in the treatment of SYK-mediated diseases.
