Applications:Acetoxy Ticagrelor Acetonide is an intermediate in the synthesis of Ticagrelor Acetoxide (D232265) which is an acetoxy impurity of Ticagrelor (T437700). Ticagrelor (T437700), the first reversible oral P2Y12 receptor antagonist, provides faster, greater, and more consistent ADP-receptor inhibition than Clopidogrel. Used in the treatment of acute coronary syndromes (ACS).
