Applications:Daunorubicin 4’-O-α-D-glucoside is a derivative of Daunorubicin (HCl: D194500). Daunorubicin is an anticancer drug that is often used in conjunction with other cytotoxic agents to treat various types of leukemias and carcinomas. Daunorubicin also provides a positive outlook for patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia, inducing remission in about half of the patients.
