Cyclization of N-​[4-​Chloro-​2-​(2-​chlorobenzoyl)​phenyl]​-​2-​[(2-​hydroxyethyl)​amino]​acetamide can produce Cloxazolam. Cloxazolam is a benzodiazepine derivative with anxiolytic, hypnotic and antihypertensive properties used as an anti-anxiety drug. Cloxazolam is metabolized into the active metabolite Delorezepam (D230675).
