Applications:Aramchol is a fatty acid conjugate that exhibits hypocholesterolemic effects. Studies have shown that aramchol suppresses the activity of stearoyl-CoA desaturase (SCD), which leads to reduction of obesity, fatty liver and insulin resistance.
