Applications:Coenzyme Q10 is a cofactor that is part of the electron transport chain (3). It is also a free radical scavenger in lipid and mitochondrial membranes (3). Coenzyme Q10 has antibacterial and antioxidative properties and used to prevent and treat cancer (1,2). This compound is a neuroprotective product.
