Applications:(-)-Coclaurine Hydrochloride is a benzyltetrahydroisoquinoline alkaloid extracted from Magnolia salicifolia. (-)-Coclaurine hydrochloride was shown to block postsynaptic but not presynaptic dopamine receptors in the mouse striatum.
