Applications:2-Chlorobenzyl Chloride is a reagent in the synthesis of piperidine derivatives which are used as human heat shock protein 70 inhibitors for treatment of drug-resistant tumors. 2-Chlorobenzyl Chloride is also used as a reagent in the synthesis of benzothiazole derivatives bearing indole-based moiety which can exhibit anticancer activity.
