Applications:2-(2-Chloropyridin-4-yl)-6,7-dihydro-1H-pyrrolo[3,2-c]pyridin-4(5H)-one is used to prepare pyrrolopyridine Inhibitors of Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase-Activated Protein Kinase 2 (MK-2). It is also used to synthesize heteroaryl-substituted pyrrolopyridinones and analogs as cdc7 kinase inhibitors and potential antitumor agents.
