Applications:Labelled Fenspiride. Bronchodilator with anti-inflammatory properties. Inhibits mucus secretion and reduces the release of tachykinins at a prejunctional level by its anti-muscarinic action. It also may be an antagonist at α adrenergic and H1 histamine receptors.
