Applications:N-Debenzoyl-N-propanoyl-10-deacetylpaclitaxel is an impurity of Paclitaxel (P132500); an antineoplastic. Used in the study of structure and function of microtubules into tubulin. Paclitaxel is now used to treat patients with lung, ovarian, breast, head and neck cancer, and advanced forms of Kaposi’s sarcoma. Paclitaxel is a mitotic inhibitor used in cancer chemotherapy.
