Applications:Deracoxib is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) of the coxib class. Deracoxin is a selective cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) inhibitor used in the treatment of osteoarthritis in dogs. At low doses, adminsitartion of Deracoxin showed no factors associated with gastrointestinal tract perforation.
