Applications:2-(2-Aminobenzoyl)pyridine, is an intermediate used for the synthesis of various Quinoline derivatives. It can also be used in the synthesis of the antitumoral agent batracylin and related isoindolo[1,2-b]quinazolin-12(10H)-ones.
