Applications:3-Chloropropylamine Hydrochloride is a building block that has been used as a modifier to N-enrich an activated carbon to increase adsorption. 3-Chloropropylamine Hydrochloride has also been used in as a reactant for the synthesis of cyclic sulfamide derivatives to be used as 11b-Hydroxysteroid Dehydrogenase 1 inhibitors for potential treatment of metabolic syndrome and diabetes.
